For defects within the warranty period, we will take care of the repair promptly and free of charge. we can perform most work directly on the farm; for major defects, we will send the equipment directly to the manufacturer. Of course, we are also happy to take care of any required after the warranty period - you will be billed for these.

Yes, we have a repair center where our technicians take care od the maintenance and repair of your hardware. Our service ensures fast and reliable resolution of hardware issues, ensuring your mining rigs operation continue without major interruptions.

For security reasons, you will not receive (VPN) access to you miner. we store the required pool and wallet information on the device for you, and we also take care of monitoring and firmware updates. For orders of 100 or more devices, we can gladly set up Foreman guest access. For larger quantities, we can also provide full access via you preferred software (HiveOn, etc.)

we're happy to sell your hardware directly from the hosting provider. We generally find interested parties very quickly who want to purchase hardware that's already hosted, you may just contact us.

you will receive a proper Malaysia monthly invoice for your ongoing electricity costs. Hosting fees can be paid in fiat (RM) via bank transfer, in cash (with a cash receipt), or in crypto (USDT).

The minimum contract terms is 12 months. We are happy to offer longer terms.

For annual advance payment of hosting fees and /or longer contract terms, we can offer you discounted rates per kWh.
